Dynamic Resonance Therapy is a bespoke new treatment by Joanne Gillibrand. I believe in integrated, holistic treatments by a way of improving health and well-being. Combinations of zone and chakra energy therapies interwoven with reiki, aromatherapy, visualisation and sound healing are growing in popularity here at Tree of Life Holistics Rugby. I have created this bespoke treatment using a multi-discipline approach to holistic healing. It works on the premise that we need to connect together all the parts that complete our 'whole self' . Our physical human body, our mind and emotional self, our spiritual and subtle body, all the energy channels that connect these parts in between ( Meridians, chakras, auric field) This combination creates a true body, mind, spirit connection so vital to natural healing. This is a gentle type of energetic healing modality that uses healing hands on meridian points, foot reflexology and craniosacral techniques. It promotes chakra healing to recharge, heal and process trauma, aid release of stress and negativity. - Benefits Among the many are relief from pain, stress-related conditions and the ability to alter one's consciousness. It is an integral part of healing, reduces pain and discomfort from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and depression. After sessions clients experience improved memory, clarity, vitality and the ability to take action. Many report a deep sense of tranquillity, sleep soundly and feel the effects of the treatment for several days. - What are sessions like? You will lie down on the treatment bed. Please wear comfortable loose-fitting trousers. Bowls are played around your body, head and on your chakra origins. Massage techniques similar to Indian head and reflexology are used to activate the specific zones within the meridian and pressure points being manipulated. How many sessions will I need? I recommend as a minimum, 4 weekly consecutive sessions. It takes at least 4 weeks to change a habit or form a new one. The first couple of sessions often produce energetic and physical discharge the releasing of blocks, stressors and toxins. They allow us to also develop a trusting relationship so you can better relax and receive the maximum benefits of the session. The next several sessions are dedicated to strengthening and anchoring you to the sound of the bowls creating a strong alignment focused on your particular area of need.

I will endeavour to get back to you as soon as I can. • All payments must be made at the point of booking. • I operate a zero refund or transfer policy on any event. • Goods in the shop need to be paid for and collected. • Gift vouchers have a one year redemption date. • The basic kit list for classes unless otherwise stated are : Yoga mat, cushion and blanket (camp chair if floor work is not manageable), water bottle, notebook and pen.
