Life coaching aims to help individuals clarify their goals and aspirations, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in various areas of their lives. Unlike therapy or counselling, which often delve into the past to address emotional and psychological issues, life coaching focuses on the present and future. Key aspects of life coaching include: - Goal Setting: I work with clients to define and set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. These goals can be related to personal development, career, relationships, health, or any other aspect of life. - Action Planning: Once goals are established, I assist clients in creating actionable plans to achieve them. This may involve breaking down larger objectives into smaller, manageable steps and identifying potential obstacles. - Accountability: I provide support and hold clients accountable for the commitments and actions they have outlined in their plans. Regular check-ins and progress assessments help clients stay on track and motivated. - Problem-Solving: I help clients identify and overcome challenges by encouraging self-reflection and providing guidance on potential solutions. This involves developing a positive and proactive mindset. - Skills Development: Life coaching often involves helping clients develop skills and strategies to enhance their personal and professional lives. This can include communication skills, time management, decision-making, and stress management. - Positive Psychology: Life coaches often draw on principles from positive psychology, focusing on strengths, values, and positive aspects of the client's life. The aim is to promote well-being and a more fulfilling existence. - Client-centred Approach: Similar to humanistic counselling, life coaching places a strong emphasis on the client's autonomy and ability to make choices. I serve as a supportive partner rather than an authoritative figure. Life coaching can cover many areas, including career development, relationships, health and wellness, personal finance, and overall life balance. It's important to note that life coaching is distinct from therapy or counselling, as it does not focus on addressing mental health disorders or past traumas. Instead, it is geared towards helping individuals make positive changes and achieve their desired outcomes in the present and future.

I will endeavour to get back to you as soon as I can. • All payments must be made at the point of booking. • I operate a zero refund or transfer policy on any event. • Goods in the shop need to be paid for and collected. • Gift vouchers have a one year redemption date. • The basic kit list for classes unless otherwise stated are : Yoga mat, cushion and blanket (camp chair if floor work is not manageable), water bottle, notebook and pen.
